Welcome to Coastguard Cottage. Our well equipped house is on the High Street in the heart of old Staithes town, a minute's walk from the boats, close to the pubs, bistro and the sea front.
You will love Coastguards, all our guests do. There's a double bedroom (UK Kingsize), a twin room (with cot) and a bunk room. The great sized lounge is comfy, and one sofa converts to a double bed in case you have visitors. The dining kitchen on the lower ground floor is the heart of the house, with real Oak floor, cast iron range, and stone walls, as well as most mod cons.
Whether you are chilling out with the family, walking the North York Moors, fossil hunting, fishing, or visiting the historic towns of the area, you will find Coastguard Cottage a very comfortable base. We hope, and expect, you'll enjoy it as much as we do.
